Our Research
NanoBioPhotonics at the cutting-edge
Our laboratory was recently launched in 2017. We study novel optically active (bio)nanomaterials and their (bio)photonic interactions. In doing so, we are able to develop innovative platforms and devices devoted to healthcare, environmental monitoring, food analysis and safety and security. Overall, we are interested in the following topics:
-
Biophotonics
-
Optically active (bio)nanomaterials
-
Nanoplasmonics
-
Graphene and 2D materials
-
Wearable devices
-
Point of care devices
-
Biosensors
-
Nanocomposites
-
Microarray technology
-
In vitro diagnostics
